2. Non-Returnable Items
- Software licenses
- Custom-configured PCs
- Special-order items (management discretion)
- Products damaged by misuse
3. Inspection Process
Returned items undergo technical inspection.
Refund or replacement is subject to approval.
4. Refund Timeline
Refund processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
5. Return Shipping
Covered by Al Shamali Computers for eligible returns.
